5. Consumer Rights and Refund Policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived where you gave express prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right at purchase. Your mandatory rights under EU consumer law are unaffected by these Terms.
Where a product is materially defective or fundamentally different from its description, contact us at rob@smorfitt.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assess each case and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, credit, or refund consistent with applicable law.
